Two tests, one exam
Georgia's Knowledge Exam is two published tests, and this mock runs both, back to back, each against its own official pass line.
Official, published by the Georgia DDS.
How we set this format
- The exam format is official Georgia DDS policy: the Knowledge Exam is two tests, the Road Rules Test and the Road Signs Test, each requiring a minimum score of 15 out of 20 to pass (dds.georgia.gov, checked July 2026). Source
- The retest rule is also official: fail the Knowledge Exam and you wait 1 day to retest; after a second failure, you wait 7 days (dds.georgia.gov, checked July 2026).
- The DDS also operates its own free practice test at dds.georgia.gov; ours differs by citing every answer to the manual page that proves it.
Our mock seats the Road Signs Test from the manual's signs, signals, and markings material and the Road Rules Test from the rest of the manual, and scores each section against its own official 15-of-20 line.
The DDS does not publish how many choices each real test question shows, so this mock shows all four stored choices per question, which is only ever harder than the real thing. You get your results at the end, like the real test.
